DUE TO COVID19 WE WILL NOT EXCEPT ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

 

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 24HRS. 101KOUTURE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP WITHIN THE 24HR TIMING. IF THE CUSTOMER HAS MISSED THE DEADLINE FOR THE TIME TO PICKUP THEY CAN COME THE FOLLOWING DAY.

DUE TO SEVERAL UNANNOUNCED CUSTOMERS WE WILL NO LONGER ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO COME AND SHOP UNLESS THEY HAVE SPOKEN TO THE OWNERS. PLEASE RESPECT OUR BUSINESS AND THE DECISION THAT HAS BEEN MADE TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR HOME.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

101 KOUTURE IS PARTNERED WITH USPS FOR SHIPPING. WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER OVER $100. ALL PACKAGES WILL TAKE 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING. SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS AND INCLEMENT WEATHER. ALL TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK TO 101 KOUTURE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CUSTOMER RECEIVING THE PACKAGE. ELIGIBLE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED (FREE OF STAINS FROM MAKEUP, DEODORANT, OR WEAR) WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND SWIMWEAR ARE FINAL SALE.
